Owen Layton ‘23- Digital Arts

Owen Layton is a post graduate student new to the hilltop. Before coming to Pomfret, he worked as a lead Graphic Designer in his home town over the summer creating UX designs for apps, short animated ads, posters and flyers.  In the fall term Owen joined the Digital Arts II class because of his history working with digital arts software,. He was already proficient in Adobe Photoshop but learned how to create vector graphics using Adobe Illustrator and quickly mastered the tools and techniques. He shows great leadership, passion and creativity in the classroom and outside the classroom.  Moving forward he hopes to continue learning Graphic Design and Digital Arts  in College.
